The best leaders lead other leaders, and valuable team members should be groomed to become leaders. It is suggested that leaders listen twice as much as they speak, especially feedback from the team that has more expertise in certain fields than the leader may not have.

The brand is seen as the reputation of the company, and it is important to stand consistently in the brand, at the leadership level, and on down to customer-facing employees.
